Shipping
Processing on all orders is 5-7 business days. Regular Shipping takes 3-5 business days Fast shipping takes around 1-3 business days. Processing is how long it will take us to prepare your order for shipping. Shipping is how long it will take USPS to ship your order from us to your door.
BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Avriana's Cosmetics Boutique you are responsible for any additional shipping fees, so PLEASE make sure your address is correct.
For any questions regarding shipments AFTER your order has been shipped, please contact USPS and have your tracking info ready. Ariana's Cosmetics Boutique is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Cancellations
There will be no cancellations once an order has been placed. You will be responsible for the exchange of the items and a store credit or gift card will be issued.
Zero Tolerance for card fraud
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to proper authorities and/or a collections agency.
Order processing
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. Avriana's Cosmetics Boutique does not cover any tariffs or custom fees.
If your items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders.
Avriana's Cosmetics Boutique is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. Avriana's Cosmetics Boutique is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website store.
Payment Terms
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. Prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted on this website. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Avriana's Cosmetics Boutique reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.
Exchanges (if applicable)

For your protection, we suggest that all EXCHANGES be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No exchanges will be accepted on sale or clearance items. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product exchange/return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resell-able form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds.
Refunds
All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.
Returns
Ariana's Cosmetics Boutique doesn't accept any returns for SKINCARE PRODUCTS due to sanitary reasons.
We will accept an EXCHANGE FOR HAIR BUNDLES if the order received was wrong. NO EXCEPTIONS. Item has to be unaltered in any way, form or fashion with tags still attached. So please check/inspect items before you remove any tags and labels etc.
Customers are advised to complete all EXCHANGE requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any EXCHANGE request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. AGAIN, the product must be sent back in the original packaging condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way (Original ties/tags must remain in tact as it was received by the customer).
