CAN I COLOR MY STRANDS?
Yes. Our hair is 100% unprocessed hair that can be colored and/or bleached at any level desired. However when coloring hair we recommend that you consult with a professional.

DO THESE STRANDS REQUIRE MAINTENANCE?
Absolutely, treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
Shampooing & Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend deep conditioning your hair once a week or bi-weekly, but avoid using heavy oils or excessive styling products. Proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR LAST?
With good maintenance, this hair can last a lifetime. We put no expiration date on our hair. Please treat this hair as your own. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of the natural curl/wave pattern of the hair.

DOES THIS HAIR SHED?
Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. Also if you cut your tracks you may experience shedding due to the fact the weft is now broken and strands are easier to slide out. If this happens seal the wefts to prevent hair from further shedding.
Also note: Each raw bundle is double wefted. We do recommend that your stylist upon installation, stitch and knot AROUND the weft and not through the weft of the tracks (if a sew in install is being done). This will also help prevent any excessive shedding.
It is also normal to get a few strands here and there when detangling your strands especially when dealing with tighter curl patterns.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP, HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Our Processing time is 5-7 business days. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. Keep in mind, It may OR may not take the full 7 business days to process your order.
Shipping Time: It will take 3-5 business days to receive your order from the shipping carrier once they receive it, which is after processing time is complete.
If you order during Hair Sale, processing time for orders can take up to 5-10 business days. Again, Your order will ship after the processing time is complete.
Need hair fast? Select Fast Shipping. If you select fast shipping during a hair sale. After processing, you should receive it around 1-3 business days.

CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Unfortunately order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted.

MY ITEMS ARE LOST OR STOLEN, HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier to inquire about a refund. The customer must contact the courier directly and follow their procedures for a potential refund.
When its time to wash your bundles use a moisture shampoo and conditioner. Wash with lukewarm water, in a downward smoothing motion. To apply conditioner, drench hair from top to bottom, and run through with a wide tooth comb, leave on for at least 5 minutes then Gently detangle. Rinse in cool or lukewarm water, let air dry if possible.
Avoid using heavy oils.
ALWAYS wear a satin or silk bonnet or scarf over the bundles before sleeping or any type of constant friction.
We recommend using Dove Nutritive Solutions Anti Frizz Oil Therapy Shampoo and Conditioner on your raw hair it works great to not strip and keep the moisture in the strands and decrease tangling should there be any. Allow conditioner to sit on the hair for at least 15-20 minutes.
Products our raw hair loves is the ORS Olive Oil Shampoo and ORS Hair Mayonnaise (Allow hair mayonnaise to sit on hair overnight for best results. Miss Jessies Pillowsoft Curls for our curly textures ( do not use too much to prevent weighing the hair down.)
SHOULD YOU NEED to clarify you bundles or hair for any reason. Great Clarifying Shampoo is Kenra Deep Cleanse or Design Essentials Oat Protein & Henna Deep Cleansing Shampoo. ORS neutralizing shampoo (restores split ends and returns raw hairs to their normal PH balance. It is Not recommended to do this often.
ALWAYS try to use LUKEWARM WATER when washing your raw hair.
PLEASE LIMIT the use of hot tools (flat irons, blow dryers).
For our curly textures some shedding is expected because its curly hair and needs to be detangled AFTER WETTING with water and conditioner. You cannot NEGLECT curly raw hair as you may be tempted with raw straight hair. The detangling process starting from ends to roots needs to be done every couple days as a best practice. Curly Hair is high maintenance!
PLEASE NOTE: Split Ends come with the TERRITORY OF RAW HAIR! There is no way around this should a bundle come with some split ends, You can simply trim them or have your stylist trim them for you. The only way the hair would not come with split ends, is IF the donor jus had their ends trimmed prior to collection. Some bundles MAY OR MAY NOT have any at all.
PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and consult with us should you have any questions or concerns with your raw hair especially if you have no prior knowledge of wearing and/or maintenance of RAW HAIR.
